Project Management - Enablement Projects

Corndel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Enablement Projects. The Project Manager will drive improvements to critical processes and business capability across the organisation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience delivering process-focused change projects in commercial organisations.
• Strong experience managing projects with technical or system dependencies, working with Product or Tech teams.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and governance capability.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and shape structure from evolving requirements.
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience running workshops, process mapping, requirements gathering, and change planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
• Experience supporting business readiness and impact assessments.
