Job Description
Cornerstone is searching for a Loan Officer who is driven by relationships and results. The successful candidate will be the trusted guide for clients and referral partners throughout the mortgage journey, managing every detail from application to closing and delivering an exceptional experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience in mortgage loan origination
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s)
- Proven track record of successful loan origination
- Ability to manage a consistent loan pipeline effectively
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Advanced organizational abilities and strategic problem-solving approach
