The Customer Marketing Specialist supports customer advocacy, engagement, and expansion marketing activity across APJ, executing and coordinating installed-base customer marketing programs, and coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Execute customer advocacy, engagement, and expansion marketing programs across APJ
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and inputs across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Support campaign setup and execution in marketing and CRM systems
- Manage customer reference requests
- Coordinate development and delivery of advocacy assets
- Support Champion programs, customer recognition activity, and Go-Live milestones
- Support planning and delivery of APJ User Groups and virtual community programs
- Manage swag, gifting, and basic vendor coordination for customer programs
- Maintain seller-facing expansion assets
- Prepare reporting across advocacy, engagement, community, and expansion activity
- Maintain accurate data and disciplined use of marketing and project management tools
