Job Description
Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to maintain the upkeep of their properties, ensuring resident and employee satisfaction. The role involves repairing and maintaining various systems within the building, responding to service requests, and performing preventative maintenance. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Respond to resident/management service requests for occupied and vacant units
- Repair/Replace appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Inspect and repair vacant units
- Perform preventative maintenance assignments
- Communicate and provide customer service
- Work on-call as scheduled
- Perform grounds work and other duties as requested
