Job Description
Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and upkeep of buildings and property infrastructure. The role involves repairing appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work, along with preventive maintenance, grounds work, and on-call availability. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years’ general residential maintenance experience
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems knowledge
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass background and drug screen
