Requirements
- Respond to resident requests for maintenance.
- Repair/replace appliances and HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Inspect vacant units and prepare for move-ins.
- Operate machinery safely and in compliance.
- Work on-call for 24/7, weekend, and overtime shifts.
