Job Description
The Lean Engineer works with team members to solve technical problems, support continuous improvement, and drive process understanding and cost reduction. The role involves training operators, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes to improve quality and cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
- Yellow Belt Training
- Green Belt Certification
- Project team membership
- Demonstrated knowledge in a technical field
- Project Team Leadership
- Shift supervisory experience
