Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience supporting and enabling supply chain systems or a related role with exposure to system configuration and optimization
- Experience leading a supply chain team or overseeing subject matter experts or super users
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with change management principles, especially in technology or system adoption
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business-friendly terms
- Demonstrated expertise as a product owner or program leader for SAP ECC MM/PM or S/4 HANA
