We are seeking diligent and passionate I-485 attorneys to assist clients in preparing and filing their applications to register for permanent residence or adjustment of status. The role demands specialized skills and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse clients and complex visa requirements. Candidates must reside in one of the specified states.

Requirements

• Diligently prepare cases, legal strategies, and cover letters.
• Develop an expert-level understanding of your client cases, including preparation of petitions.
• Manage various projects and deadlines.
• Explain legal terminology to clients.
• Research unique legal issues.
• Stay up-to-date on legislative changes.
• Provide training to client companies and individuals.
• Supervise the work of paralegal staff.
