Foundation Risk Partners is adding an Employee Benefits Account Specialist to their Corporate Synergies team in New York Metro Region. The Account Specialist will be responsible for developing industry knowledge and skills to support Sales, Account Management and Underwriting with marketing, sales, and service of multiple client accounts.
Requirements
- Maintain up-to-date client files/internal systems
- Support pre-renewal/renewal/post-renewal and wellness activities
- Coordinate data gathering for reporting efforts
- Complete training/professional development
- Gather data to fulfill obligations
- Support team with preparation, analysis, and delivery of materials
- Complete implementation tasks
- Coordinate regulatory tasks
- Track receipt of deliverables
- Participate in client meetings/presentations
- Prepare and review employee education and communication materials
- Assist in coordination of Open Enrollment activities
- Maintain internal systems and client files
- Perform necessary steps to resolve client service or claim issues
- Interact with carriers and vendors
