Job Description
The Software Business Analyst role involves analyzing business needs and translating them into functional requirements for technology teams. This requires eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements, collaborating with development and QA, and maintaining product documentation. The analyst will be a key liaison between stakeholders and the software development team, ensuring solutions deliver business value and meet stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, users, and subject matter experts.
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed specifications and actionable user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Develop and maintain product documentation (BRDs, functional specs, workflow diagrams).
