Job Description
We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team at our Renwick, Iowa production location. The successful candidate will participate in harvest activities, perform various tasks associated with general plant, field and warehouse operations, and accurately monitor highly automated equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Ability to climb and/or work in elevated areas
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform work that involves repetitive motion and lifting
- Comfortable with technology and possess good computer aptitude
- Valid US Driver's License
- High diligence, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
