Field Research Photographer, CoStar - Newcastle

We are looking for Field Research Photographers to support us in building an in-depth understanding of the Commercial Real Estate of Newcastle and surrounding areas. You will work to capture imagery and granular data, methodologically working through a designated territory.

Requirements

• Drive or walk assigned submarkets within core territories to collect required imagery, information and updates
• Photograph and collect building attribute data and contact information on all commercial properties with for lease and for sale signs
• Use Adobe software suite to post process digital images
• Create footprint and rooftop geocode for each building using polygon tool in field mapping software
• Professionally communicate with property managers and customers via phone, email, and in person
