Senior Market Analyst – Paris

We are seeking a Senior Market Analyst to join our Research organization in Paris. The selected candidate will provide analytic content for their assigned regions and play a key role as a client- and industry-facing representative of CoStar. The position will be based in our Paris office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Eight or more years of work experience in commercial real estate
• High level of understanding of commercial and residential real estate fundamentals
• Strong analytical and writing skills and presentation/public speaking skills
• Experience in using MS Office; proficient with MS Excel
• Familiarity with markets in the local area as either a resident or a real estate professional
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
