Job Description
Cottage Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist II for their Speech Therapy department. The role involves performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with patients facing various communication disorders, including dysphagia, speech, language, and cognitive disorders, using the Cottage Health Values of excellence and compassion. The position requires independent practice and clinical competence.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Speech Language Pathology (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience)
- California State/California Board of Speech-Language Pathology licensure (currently in-state or license pending)
- Certification from the American Speech / Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Basic computer skills for chart review and documentation in electronic medical record
