Job Description
The Surgical Services Program Manager is responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure projects/programs are delivered on time and meet the desired results. The role involves project initiation, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, budget monitoring, and program/project documentation. The goal is to ensure successful delivery of projects/programs within scope, budget, and schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Health Management/Business or equivalent experience.
- 5 years management experience in Healthcare Management and Program/Project Management
- 5 years clinical expertise in surgical and procedural services (preferred)
