Job Description
Cottingham & Butler is seeking an Event Coordinator to join their team and manage the planning and execution of memorable events. This role involves venue negotiation, logistical coordination, budget management, and vendor relationships, with a focus on delivering seamless experiences for professional gatherings. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and passionate about creating positive event experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of event planning experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Budget management experience
- Willingness to travel and work extensively within regional and international locations
- Salary commensurate with experience level
