Job Description
Cottingham & Butler is seeking an experienced Vice President - Insurance Programs to develop new programs, build teams, and enhance existing programs within a $2 billion premium pool. This role focuses on program development, underwriting authority, negotiation, and strong relationships with carriers and service providers. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, a passionate program builder, and capable of delivering profitable and competitive programs.
Requirements
- 8 years of Property & Casualty experience
- Management experience and P&L running
- Knowledge of coverage data and presentation
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- P&C License, CPCU
