Groundskeeper

We are looking to hire a FT Groundskeeper at the Melrose Apartments in Nashville, TN. The job involves removing trash and litter, sweeping and pressure washing pathways and buildings, basic gardening and weeding, and completing general maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Available to work on-call during nights/weekends and Company events
• Ability to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and ability to navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance
