Job Description
Cottonwood Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at Lake St. James in Conyers, GA. Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to move, carry, reposition, or lift items (50 lbs).
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolding.
- Ability to work standard community hours including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work as an on-call technician
- EPA certification Type II or Universal required.
