Job Description
Couchbase is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Mobile development team, focusing on designing and implementing features for Couchbase Lite, a developer data platform. The role involves contributing to both design and architecture, as well as producing quality software that is performant. Couchbase is a rapidly growing company with a mission to simplify modern application development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of development experience.
- Strong C++ skills, with experience designing and implementing concurrent applications.
- Experience with Android and iOS
- Experience with Typescript and/or SQLite is a plus.
- Experience with distributed systems, data replication and/or database design is a plus.
- CMake and Jenkins experience is preferred.
- Experience doing test-driven development
