Success Mentor

Counseling In Schools (CIS) is seeking a Full-Time Success Mentor to work at a high school in Brooklyn, NY. The Success Mentor will connect with 15-20 target students multiple times a week, providing support and connecting them with services to overcome barriers to school success and graduation.

Requirements

• Must have high energy; ability to connect with adolescents and maintain professional boundaries
• Must have ability to multitask and prioritize work responsibilities
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
