Adult - Residential Direct Care Provider

CSAC is seeking a compassionate Direct Care Provider to join their residential team, providing support to adults living with mental health challenges in a safe and empowering home-like environment. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, fostering a supportive environment, and maintaining safety standards. Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with adults with mental health challenges (desirable but not necessary)
• Strong interpersonal, patience, and nonjudgmental attitude
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team
• Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
