Management Liability Lead

Counterpart is seeking a Management Liability Lead to own and scale their admitted & surplus Management Liability product portfolio, including Directors & Officers (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPLI), Fiduciary, and Crime insurance. The successful candidate will lead strategic, analytical, and operational projects to enhance carrier and broker relationships, build underwriting workflows, and launch new insurance products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management liability insurance
• Expertise in pricing, portfolio management, and risk modeling across management liability lines
• Proven experience in drafting and optimizing insurance forms
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience developing and executing strategies to scale
• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills
