Restorative Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Restorative Care Coordinator to support residents' mobility, independence, and overall well-being through a structured restorative and rehabilitation-support program.

Requirements

• Prior personal care and/or rehab experience
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to maintain a positive, therapeutic attitude toward residents, families, co-workers, etc.
• Communication skills that include careful listening, sensitivity to emotions attached to the message and thoughtful responses
• Professional, flexible and positive attitude and the ability to change the course of activity with changing demands without experiencing undue stress or frustration
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role
