Job Description
The role of a Bench Manager is to be responsible for the daily operations of a retail store, managing customer service, sales, inventory, and expenses. This involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience working in a retail environment
- Advanced knowledge of Eagle Browser
- Experience working in different departments of the store
- Advanced knowledge of operating a POS system
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to obtain and possess a valid driver’s license and insurance
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments
- Familiarity with computer systems and email
- Familiarity with retail concepts
- Familiarity with financial reports
