Senior Data Analyst (Customer-Centric Planning)

Coupang is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance customer experiences. This role focuses on designing and implementing robust data infrastructure, leading data processing workflows, building data pipelines, and providing data insights to support strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be a critical member of the Customer Experience Planning team, responsible for data analytics in Taiwan.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SQL and data engineering, capable of building large-scale data solutions
• Proficiency in SQL and data processing technologies, able to write efficient queries and data transformation logic
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Presto, and Airflow, capable of designing and implementing efficient data pipelines
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, able to support effective presentation of complex data
• Strong data validation skills, able to identify data defects and resolve data quality issues
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for unstructured problems
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts and analysis results
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
