Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company that's changing the way people shop, eat, and live. We're looking for a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our Search and Discovery Product Engineering team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models that drive top-line metrics for our customers and business.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in engineering teams that build large-scale ML-driven user-facing products
• Experience with state-of-the-art ML modeling techniques and approaches like transformers, self-supervised pre-training, generative modeling, LLMs, etc.
• Hands-on experience training and applying models at scale using deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or Tensorflow
• Proficient coding skills in Java, C++ or Python
• Masters or PhD in Comp Sci or related fields
