Requirements

• Provide quality guest service to all guests and visitors
• Greet guests who have made advance reservations and register them in an efficient and friendly manner
• Answer external and internal telephone calls and take messages as needed
• Run various end-of-day reports and reconcile information from various systems
• Perform other duties as assigned
