Job Description
Join the opening team of House of TORO Steakhouse at Marriott Westlake, a modern chophouse and patio inspired by Ricardo Legorreta. The Barback is responsible for assisting bartenders, servers, and hosts, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Requirements
- Assists Bartenders, Servers and Hosts in properly serving food and beverages when requested.
- Maintains an organized and fully stocked bar within each shift.
- Ensures bar is stocked and visually appealing.
- Maintains an acceptable appearance for station and surrounding area.
- Maintains communication and teamwork with all co-workers and supervisors.
- Conducts oneself in a professional manner with the awareness that all actions and communications are within guest view.
