Job Description
The Server Assistant is responsible for assisting Servers and Hosts in serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant serving and/or customer service experience
- Ability to think and communicate clearly in high pressure situations
- Ability to move quickly and gracefully throughout the dining room
- Knowledgeable of basic sanitation
- Knowledgeable of computer operations and ordering procedures
