Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial & Industrial Mechanical Estimator with expertise in conceptual budgeting to join our team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
- 10 years of experience in UNION commercial and industrial mechanical estimation
- Proficiency in utilizing estimating software and tools such as Bluebeam, FastEst, and others
- Demonstrated ability to develop conceptual budgets and cost projections for complex construction projects
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of industry regulations, codes, and standards related to mechanical systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
