Job Description
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a compassionate DSP to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in a day program setting. The role involves implementing individualized support plans, assisting with daily living activities, and facilitating leisure activities. Strong understanding of behavioral support and ABA principles are essential. This is a contract position with varying shifts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a day program setting
- Strong understanding of behavioral support and ABA principles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Client in a wheelchair with physical assistance needs
- Client needs assistance with all daily living skills, total care bathroom assistance, eating assistance, redirection for behavioral support, transportation from home and in the community.
