Job Description
Claiborne Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse, Nursing Home to provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines and leading process improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, day shift position requiring a commitment to direct patient care.
Requirements
- Correlates patient/residents’ history and support systems.
- Assesses needs of patient/resident’s and family.
- Develops and initiates plan of care, involving patient/residents’ and family.
- Supervises LPNs, Nursing Assistants, HUCs, Techs, and sitters.
