CODING SPEC-CLINIC

This position provides leadership, direction, and training for the coding staff, working with physicians, management, and medical staff education efforts. The individual is responsible for improving health record documentation and coding accuracy, developing policies and procedures, and performing quality reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of coding experience
• RHIA, Coding, or RHIT certification
• Registered Health Information Technologist preferred
