DIR PATIENT CARE SERVICES

This position directs patient care services and aligns goals and outcomes under the five pillars of people, quality, growth, service, and finance. The incumbent will coach and mentor subordinate and peer clinical leaders, develop a comprehensive strategic business plan, and ensure adequate resources are available to implement strategies and decisions.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in clinical or business field preferred
• 8 years of experience with a Master's Degree or 10+ years of experience and currently enrolled in a Master's Degree program
• Valid RN license with State of TN
