The Manager of Supply Chain Management will be responsible for managing and leading the supply chain for corporate and ambulatory services. This includes coordinating and managing activities such as customer service, requisitioning, inventory replenishment, shipping, receiving, warehousing, and supply distribution. The role will also involve designing, planning, implementing, and managing supply chain processes in assigned areas and ensuring all customer needs are met according to their expectations.
Requirements
- Implements System supply chain policies and processes as required by leadership.
- Assists in developing and managing capital and/or operating budgets.
- Responsible for maintaining all databases and records in accordance to established policies and guidelines.
- Leadership, selection, training, evaluation, and termination for assigned staff.
- Designs, plans, implements, and manages supply chain processes in assigned areas.
- Ensures all customer needs are met according to their expectations in all areas of supply chain management.
- Provides operational support and service to System Leaders in all facets of the supply chain.
- Accountable for the inventory accuracy relative to count and G/L value, as well as all variances and adjustments.
- Provides accurate and timely reporting of financial data/entries to the finance office as required.
- On-board and provide integration support for new business entities in the enterprise.
- Accountable for participating in and supporting the System’s standardization and value analysis efforts.
- Coordinates, negotiates, and implements bulk purchase opportunities for supplies, services, and capital projects.
- Accountable for development and execution of integration strategies for the Covenant Health Supply Chain and its affiliates.
- Provides project management leadership for key supply chain initiatives.
- Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards.
