Job Description
Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, a renowned facility with a 468-bed capacity, is seeking a Nurse Manager for its Post-Surgical Unit. This 80-hour-a-pay-period, full-time, day shift position involves leading and managing a nursing staff, ensuring high quality patient care, and promoting a safe environment. The role requires collaboration with surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited nursing program required
- Three (3) years of recent clinical experience
- Two (2) years of leadership/managerial experience preferred
- Tennessee State Registered Nurse License
- Must possess and maintain a Tennessee State Registered Nurse License
