CoverGo is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. The HR Intern will assist with various HR tasks and projects, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Keen attention to detail
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Must be based in the Philippines
