Lead Full Stack Engineer (.Net, Vue/React)- Fully Remote

As the Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role in guiding the design, implementation, and maintenance of our innovative SaaS platform. You will provide technical direction to the team, working across both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring scalable and efficient software solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Strong technical background with proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies
• Proven experience in leading complex SaaS applications
• Strong background in RESTful API design patterns
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Minimum of 2 years in a senior or management role
• Thorough understanding and practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with unit, integration and function testing using front-end and back-end testing libraries
• In-depth knowledge of web security best practices
• Demonstrated experience in performance optimization for high-traffic web applications
• Experience with container technologies like Docker
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and bug-fixing
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical team members
