Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an AI/Machine learning engineer
- M.S. or Ph.D. in a STEM field from a top university or "Grande École"
- Fluency in Python and a strong command of its core machine learning and deep learning libraries
- Strong foundation in core machine learning, including experience with deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs) and classical algorithms (e.g., Linear/Logistic regression, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting, etc.)
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures like transformers, tokens, attention, and embeddings
- Practical experience fine-tuning, deploying, and optimizing large-scale models for latency and cost
- Experience working with a variety of data stores, including relational, NoSQL, and vector databases
- Product mindset focused on the user experience, not just the model's accuracy
- Motivation to work in an international, English-speaking environment
