Group Manager, Water Resources Engineering

CP Engineers is seeking a Group Manager for its Water and Wastewater team to lead the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience in Water Resources engineering and a proven track record of managing complex projects, building high-performing teams, and driving business unit success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with a focus on Water and Wastewater treatment
• Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Water Resources engineering
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams, driving business unit success, and consistently surpassing financial and strategic goals
• Proven track record of managing medium-to-large complex projects
