Job Description
The Business Development Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the Business Development team. This role focuses on proposal preparation, client and vendor setup, document management, and internal coordination to support sales efforts, bids, and customer relationships.
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience supporting sales, business development, or proposal teams preferred
- Familiarity with construction or project-based environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
- Experience with Procore, SharePoint, or CRM systems preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate across multiple teams
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
