Job Description
The Senior Java Developer is responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions, contributing to new business requirements, and maintaining existing functionality within a collaborative scrum team environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Java programming
- Honours Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in Java programming with strong object-oriented design and programming skills
- Experienced in agile software development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks
- Proficiency in Git for source code management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and a passion for continuous learning
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and contributing to the overall success of the company
- A strong team player who is cooperative, flexible, and committed to working effectively with others to achieve shared goals
