Requirements
- Proven successful track record of leading and empowering software development teams for data intensive SaaS products
- 7+ years of software development experience, including at least three years leading engineering teams
- Good understanding of partnering with the business to deliver real value
- Radical responsibility and accountability
- Curiosity and willingness to grow
- Strong team player and communication skills
