Functional Analyst

We’re looking for a Functional Analyst who can bridge business needs and user expectations, and shape them into digital solutions that are robust, intuitive, and built to last.

Requirements

• Convert business and user needs into detailed functional requirements for platforms, apps, and services
• Define system interactions, data flows, and integration points across digital ecosystems
• Write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria that bring clarity to development teams
• Support testing and validation—designing scenarios and verifying deliverables against requirements
• Act as the go-to contact for any functional questions from both clients and internal colleagues
