The Account Representative will be responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and management of invoices and account receivables. They will work closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of the account status and ensure all processes and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- BA in Business Administration or four years related experience
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
- People skills required to create, maintain and enhance relationship with customer
- Technical competence (excel, word, power point etc.)
- Motivated, goal oriented
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
