Operations Associate

The Operations Associate is responsible for monitoring shipment status, contacting carriers and drivers, and ensuring service level expectations are achieved. They will also work closely with account managers and carrier sales representatives to inform clients of shipment status.

Requirements

• Monitors shipment status
• Contacts carriers and drivers via phone, email or internet
• Escalates potential or existing service failures
• Works closely with account managers and carrier sales representatives
• Secures shipment and carrier documentation
