Sr. Account Manager

Manage large and global assigned accounts, including communication with clients and operations teams. Work as intermediary for communication between client and Crane Worldwide network.

Requirements

• Manage large and global assigned accounts
• Work as intermediary for communication between client and operations teams
• Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client
• Manage all client requests and follow up to insure that the client needs are met
• Oversee, mentor and assist other account managers as needed
