Director of Operations

Directs Brokerage operations to ensure that the Brokerage staff executes customs entry services, at /or above the client's standards. Maximize profitability through superior client service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Transportation, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum ten years industry-related experience in US Customs Brokerage
• Minimum five years managerial experience required
• US Customs Brokerage License
